Die erste Woche ist nun überstanden und verdient daher den nächsten Eintrag in unseren Blog. Das wir gut angekommen sind habt ihr ja hoffentlich alle mittlerweile erfahren können. Nun sind auch schon die ersten tage seit unserer Ankunft hier verstrichen. Noch immer sind wir hier in unserem Appartement in San Diego zuhause und haben doch schon einiges erleben können. Die ersten Tage verbrachten wir mit Strandgängen, Essen, Party und Shopping. Zum Begriff Shopping gehört natürlich der Outlet Store Las Americas, welcher von unserem Appartment in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist und mit der letzten Ausfahrt vor der mexikanischen Grenze angefahren werden muss. Für einen Tag haben wir uns dann diesen Spass gegönnt und ein Mietauto bezogen und uns einen Shoppingtag eingerichtet.
Doch es wäre schade wenn man neben dem vielen Shopping nicht einen erholsamen Strandtag einziehen könnte. Der Pacific Beach ist in ca. 15 Minuten und die Mission Bay in 5 Minuten von uns aus zu erreichen.
Und dann kommt natürlich nach das Nachtprogramm welches in San Diego auch einiges bietet. Bislang haben wir den Typhoon Club/Bar, den Ivy Club und das Wave House besucht.
Doch auch die sportlichen Aktivitäten wurden von uns nicht vernachlässigt und so ging es auch mal zum Basketball oder Fussball spielen. So, nun denke ich habe ich die erste Woche für euch etwas zusammengefasst und mit den Bildimpressionen könnt ihr euch etwas in unseren alltag hineinversetzen.
